請問如何讓word中表格的標題列自動出現在每一頁最上方？

我在MicroSoft Word中插入一個三列的表格，準備不斷地增加表格的行數，以至於最後的檔案會跨好幾十頁，但每一頁的標題列都一樣。我隨時會刪掉其中一列資料，或插入一列資料。

 

在這種情形下，請問我有沒有辦法讓標題列很方便地自動出現在每一頁的最上方？也就是說，就算我後來插入或刪除其中一列資料，也不必重新調整每一頁的標題列。

P.S.我雖然是用word 2010，但係存成  「word 97-2003文件」，因為怕檔案使用者的軟體版本沒那麼新。
