不就是生意慘淡
加上鬼月也沒人願意交易
8/20幫忙社區普渡的事情也忙的差不多了
沒事給業務員做
就讓他們上街練練身體、就當作健行

我是覺得房價很高了啊！
但前兩天跟新莊房仲的朋友吃宵夜
願意高點接手的還是不少
那些買方看起來就是哈房子哈很久了
鬼月前他就成交了一個案子
屋主自售，20年社區大樓，一坪37萬元
房子48坪，加上雙車位，也是兩千差不多了耶！

他是沒跟我說這樣貴或者便宜
要我自己判斷
我是覺得可以再等一等
錢沒有那麼好賺，不買房子又不會死
