[請益] 研替前進入公司好嗎?

標題[請益] 研替提前進入公司好嗎?

原本想要趕39梯的研替 結果昨天在研替系統一查，發現39梯已經滿了.. 所以突然多出了空閒的一個月 抱持著想趕快進入職場的想法 所以想要跟公司提看看能不能提前進入公司 等之後40梯(10月初)時，再改為研替聘 但我想到了一些問題，讓我很疑惑要不要這樣做 1. 由於只做一個月就要新訓了，我應該主動要求薪資跟研替聘一樣嗎? 2. 由於研替新人都是一梯一梯進來，公司應該會辦一些統一訓練 沒有這些訓練就直接上會不會死很慘..? 3. 整體來說是利大於弊的嗎? 　　 怕人資答應後再來想這些問題會太晚，所以想先請教版上的大家 有人有過這樣的經驗嗎? 感激不盡 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 140.112.90.191 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1407413978.A.6C0.html
