澳洲7月失業率6.4%　創12年新高

澳洲統計局7日公佈的資料顯示，7月份澳洲失業率由上個月的6%上升到6.4%，為12年來新高。此前，經濟學家預測，7月份澳洲的失業率將保持穩定，但最新資料表明，7月份的就業崗位減少300個，原本預期增加1.2萬個。在失業率的資料公佈後，澳元兌美元匯率下滑了0.5美分。 　　

這份失業率報告，是基於使用新的就業市場調查統計方法，另有經濟學家提出不同意見，指出目前勞動力市場的指標在改善之中，至少是在逐步改善，而此次失業率升高顯得突然。專家表示，澳洲聯邦儲備銀行在本周剛剛宣佈將官方基準利率保持在2.5%的低位不變，而此次失業率的上升給儲行加息的預期潑了冷水，反而可能會使減息的呼聲再起。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
