研調機構IC Insights調查指出，手機晶片廠聯發科上半年業績年增38%，居全球前20大半導體廠成長之冠。

據IC Insights統計，英特爾(Intel)上半年營收244.32億美元，蟬聯全球半導體龍頭；其餘第2至第6大廠排名也維持不變。

三星(Samsung)上半年營收183.13億美元，位居第2；晶圓代工廠台積電上半年營收108.82億美元，位居第3。

第7至第20大廠排名略有變化，德儀(TI)上半年合併營收58.7億美元，攀至第7位，排名較去年上半年邁進1名。

聯發科上半年營收34.06億美元，居第12位，排名較去年上半年邁進1名。晶圓代工廠聯電跌出前20大廠之列。

IC Insights指出，全球前20大半導體廠上半年業績年增10%；其中，聯發科受惠中國大陸及亞太地區低階智慧手機需求強勁，上半年業績年增38%，成長幅度居前20大半導體廠之冠。

IC Insights表示，聯發科今年2月完成合併晨星，今年上半年業績年增率是與去年上半年聯發科與晨星兩公司合計業績比較。(中央社)
