高市民進黨團 點名吳敦義道歉

高雄市政府副市長、三位首長因與氣爆案有關的箱涵、管線請辭，高市議會民進黨團今天下午召開記者會，將矛頭指向箱涵建造時的高雄市長、現任副總統吳敦義，要吳敦義負責並道歉。

民進黨團指出，中油以公用管線為名埋「輸油管線」經過市區道路，卻交給福聚公司使用，有合法掩護非法之嫌。

黨團也指包住管線的箱涵工程，是吳敦義當市長核准的，吳敦義當市長任內核准開挖的中油管線有65條，所以吳敦義要氣爆負責，要道歉。
