標題[討論] 另一家年薪相等，但月薪較高時

我想人都是習慣於現況比較多吧！ 小妹我目前的工作穩定， 月薪低，年終高， 在公司裡也和同事都混熟了！ 工作算蠻順的, 沒遇到什麼困難~ 現在有家公立機構找我去， 開出12月無年終的約聘職，(他們全是約聘， 表現只要別太差，都會續聘) 年薪算一算是一樣的， 工作內容不是很清楚會不會操，但案子全都外包。 請問若是各位遇到這種情況， 會放棄目前已適應的環境到新公司嗎？ 我考量的點各位看正不正確： 1.月薪高會有助於再次跳槽的談薪 2.年終是公司高興給多少就給多少，沒有保障 3.新環境和新工作可能較差的風險 4.將來要再次跳槽，別的公司聽到是約聘職，會覺得我能力差 請各位指點迷津,謝謝~ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 116.59.82.57 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1407586905.A.BE5.html ※ 編輯: Abbee (111.184.5.114), 08/09/2014 20:30:58
