男遭通緝冒用弟名 警拆穿謊言

（中央社記者管瑞平苗栗縣10日電）苗栗市警方今天指出，賴姓通緝犯為了躲避查緝，謊報弟弟的名字，沒料到弟弟也遭到通緝，被帶回偵訊當場拆穿他謊報資料。

昨天深夜11時許，南苗派出所員警執行巡邏勤務，行經中正路發現一輛機車沒有開大燈，形跡可疑，於是上前盤查，29歲的賴姓騎士謊報27歲弟弟的基本資料，員警一查竟然是通緝犯，立刻逮捕。

原來賴姓騎士涉及毒品案，今年初沒有到庭應訊，8月8日遭到通緝，以為用弟弟的資料可以蒙混過關；沒想到弟弟早在今年5月就因為詐欺案判決確定，必須入獄服刑卻沒有到案，也被通緝。

賴姓騎士表示，因為兄弟倆各自在外沒有連絡，才會不知道對方都有案在身，最後警方透過指紋比對，確定身分；員警也不忘提醒賴姓騎士，勸弟弟早日投案，結束逃亡生活。1030810
