接經長 杜紫軍籲電子鍋燒飯

張家祝請辭經濟部長獲准，杜紫軍接任。杜紫軍今天上午以「電子鍋燒飯」比喻，未來政策將強調與立法院溝通。

杜紫軍上午接受訪問時表示，他會聽取各界意見，進行溝通。

杜紫軍表示，對外談判要有透明監督機制，這全民都同意，透明監督機制的前提是要促成談判，談判前會有些技巧，可以達到目的，但不會影響談判過程。

杜紫軍表示，電子鍋燒飯一樣，放多少米、多少水及多少時間加溫，目的要煮乾飯或稀飯，事前可以跟外界公開說明，但沒辦法每隔10分鐘就打開電鍋翻攪米，會使這鍋飯永遠煮不成。
