4G網路打電話問題

今天接到台灣大哥大客服電話，一直要我

續約3G吃到飽方案，本人也告知想升級4G，

但是客服強烈不建議，因為她說如果升級4G

之後，要打電話時會自動切換為3G，此時需

等7~8秒才能接通電話，請問是真的嗎???

希望知道的人可以幫小弟解答，感激不盡
