張善政：對岸網軍幾乎每天都和我方交戰

科技部長張善政今接受飛碟電台主持人唐湘龍專訪時說，台海兩岸表面雖很和緩，但對岸網軍幾乎每天都和我方交戰，每幾個月就會有嚴重攻擊。
 
張善政解釋，攻擊類型分為癱瘓網站、讓人丟臉的顯性攻擊，及不著痕跡地竊取資料，對岸網軍對我方的攻擊，目的多屬獲取資訊、希望了解我方的談判底線。
 
此外，張善政也透露，只要對岸網軍發展出攻擊的新技術，也會把台灣當成測試技術的實驗對象。（生活中心／台北報導）
