請教excel自動抓取工作表一的資料，輸入至工作表二的方法。

如工作表一（應收/應退明細）

實際應支付金額 預先扣繳之金額 應補收金額 應退還之金額
王安石 100 100 0 0
白居易 100 120 0 20
孟浩然 100 80 20 0
蘇東坡 40 100 0 60
杜甫 20 60 0 40

請問要如何利用公式，自動幫我抓出工作表一的資料，作出工作表二（退還明細）。
能夠利用公式自動幫在B2、C3~B…、C…輸入要退還人的姓名及相對應退還的金額。
工作表二（退還清單）
