Samsung 20nm HKMG 製程，Exynos 5 Octa 5430 正式登場

隨著 GALAXY Alpha 的發表，Samsung Exynos 5 Octa 5430 也獲得證實。

Samsung Exynos 5 Octa 5430 是一顆 4 + 4 核心的處理器，1.8GHz 高時脈部分是 ARM Cortex-A15，而 1.3GHz 的部分則是 ARM Cortex-A7。

這款處理器屬於 big.LITTLE HMP。

在製程方面，Exynos 5 Octa 5430 採用 Samsung 20nm HKMG 製程，這也是該公司第一款採用該製程的 SoC 處理器。

至於 GPU 部分，則是 ARM Mali-T628MP6，支援 H.265 影片解碼。

從 Samsung GALAXY Alpha 上我們可以得知這款 SoC 支援 LTE Cat.6 規範，不過 Samsung 並沒有在 Modem AP 上做太多說明。

採用 Samsung Exynos 5 Octa 5430 的智慧型手機為 GALAXY Alpha，預期將會在 9 月份於全球 150 個國家上市。
