石化專區？陳菊：與市民討論

（中央社記者王淑芬高雄15日電）高雄市是否適合設石化專區，高雄市長陳菊今天表示，現在思考高雄的安全問題，是否設石化專區要與高雄人討論。

高雄石化氣爆罹難的前竹東里長陳進發今天公祭，他的太太李春桂傷心難過幾近昏厥，由人攙扶上香，哀淒的場面令人動容。

總統馬英九與副總統吳敦義都有送輓聯追悼，市長陳菊到場上香，再次對家屬表達對不起、抱歉，她說市府有責任把關人民安全。政務委員楊秋興前往弔唁。

陳菊受訪表示，市府會配合了解高雄的石化管線到底有多少、石化管線是否安全，對市民生活及安全是否造成很大威脅，市府會努力與中央溝通、協調。

中央考慮在高雄市闢石化專區，陳菊說，現在思考的是高雄現階段的安全問題，是否設石化專區要再與全體高雄人討論再說。1030815
