雲林莿桐國中學生遭到潑酸事件，涉嫌林姓男子由雲林地方法院裁定，羈押未禁見。

林姓嫌疑人在8月1日跟隨雲林莿桐國中女學生，伺機潑酸，昨天在上學途中3名女學生遭到惡意潑酸，警方昨天下午逮捕涉嫌的19歲林姓男子，林姓嫌疑人在警方供稱，在國中時曾遭女友拋棄，所以潑酸洩憤。

警方在昨天晚上將林姓嫌疑人移送雲林地檢署偵辦，雲林地檢署由檢察官偵訊後，以有反覆實施傷害及重傷害的事實，向法院聲請羈押禁見。

雲林地方法院昨晚11時51分許，以有反覆實施的事實，裁定林姓嫌疑人羈押未禁見。(中央社)
