標題[請問] 雖然斷線卻可以上ptt 這是什麼巫術?

目前宿舍處於斷線的狀態 任何網站都不能上，除了ptt 請問為什麼斷線了卻還可以上ptt? 有人也有碰過這種問題嗎? --
