環保署空氣品質監測網紫外線預報顯示，今天全台各地區紫外線均達危險級，提醒民眾在上午10時到下午2時最好減少外出，並加強防曬措施。

據環保署空氣品質監測網說明，紫外線指數在11以上屬於危險等級，曝曬15分鐘就可能曬傷。

今天的紫外線預報顯示，宜蘭、北部、中部、雲嘉南、高屏地區紫外線指數11，竹苗、花東地區12，全台各地區紫外線均可能達危險級。

環保署提醒，民眾在上午10時到下午2時最好減少外出，且應帶帽子、陽傘，擦防曬乳、戴太陽眼鏡等防曬措施，以免曬傷中暑。

全國紫外線監測站共34站，由行政院環境保護署（14站）及交通部中央氣象局（20站）共同執行。

此外，空氣品質預報部分，今天至18日台灣西半部及馬祖、金門地區空氣品質多為普通等級，指標污染物為臭氧及懸浮微粒。(中央社)
