擊落英國希望 費爸叩關四強

「瑞士特快車」擋下了「英國希望」，前進到辛辛那提四強，前往決賽的路上將面對加拿大重砲Milos Raonic的挑戰。

Roger Federer面對Andy Murray，21次交手輸了11次，最近一次對決是在澳網，當時由Federer拿下勝利，這一回再以6-3、7-5勝出。

賽前Federer就預估，會面對一場難打的比賽， Murray果然在第二盤有所回應，Federer一度以1-4落後，但在兩度破發後追到4-4，之後於Murray的發球局逼出並拿下賽末點。

Federer下一輪對手Raonic，以6-1、6-0輕取義大利選手Fabio Fognini，他與瑞士特快車交手過5次全吞下敗仗，最近一次碰頭是在溫網四強。

另兩張四強門票，David Ferrer以6-4、3-6、6-3擊敗西班牙同胞Tommy Robredo拿下，接下來的對手是法國老將Julien Benneteau，八強1-6、6-1、6-2爆冷擊敗瑞士好手Stanislas Wawrinkam。
