嗆商家「三重很大尾」 男依恐嚇判刑

劉姓男子去年7月26日晚間在新北市三重區住處附近，認為鄭姓攤販違規擺攤，與鄭理論並毆打鄭，還恐嚇「你信不信我不讓你開店下去」、「信不信我請你吃土豆（意指子彈）」並比出開槍手勢。

去年9月間，劉在一家超商裡亂吐檳榔汁，被店長指責，他卻破壞店長的機車且朝機車吐檳榔汁，並恐嚇「你不知道我在三重埔很大尾喔」、「大家都很怕我」、「你要報警也沒關係」、「要讓你的店無法繼續經營」等。新北地院依恐嚇等罪判劉拘役120天，得易科罰金。
