UN決議 削弱「伊斯蘭國」

（法新社巴格達15日電） 聯合國安全理事會今天無異議通過決議案，將削弱伊拉克伊斯蘭國（IS）的勢力。與此同時，有消息指出，伊斯蘭國的聖戰士包圍亞茲迪教派信徒（Yazidi）居住地區並殺害其中數十人。

西方媒體報導，伊斯蘭國聖戰士在庫德族城鎮辛賈爾（Sinjar）北方45公里的克邱村（Kocho），屠殺數十名亞茲迪教派男子。

部分報導提到，伊斯蘭國告訴當地居民改信伊斯蘭教，否則立刻處死他們。

美軍表示，獲報伊斯蘭國「恐怖分子攻擊那個地區的百姓」之後，今天再度展開空襲。

安理會通過決議案，決定透過切斷資金來源並阻止其他國家戰士加入，來削弱橫跨伊拉克與敘利亞的伊斯蘭國。

而歐洲聯盟各國部長則在比利時布魯塞爾的緊急會議達成共識，願意提供軍火給伊拉克的庫德族戰士。（譯者：中央社何世煌）
