請教電腦無法開機，按下電源鍵毫無反應

小弟的桌上型電腦每天都有在使用
上周五晚間電腦還用得好好的
因周末出門玩兩天，故將插頭拔掉
昨日回到家時，電腦插上插頭便無法開機
按下POWER鍵毫無反應，任何一個風扇連動都沒有動
(講白點就是有按跟沒按一樣)
不過很奇怪的是，主機板的電源led有亮
本以為是電供問題，但針腳短路可正常供電
接下來往電源鍵方向找，將電源鍵排線拔掉用短路方式也無法啟動
查了主機板外觀，電容全部都很正常沒有一個爆或鼓起
這樣會有其他原因嗎？請各位大大麻煩指點迷津，謝謝！

CPU:E8400
MB:ASUS P5P43TD
RAM:2Gx4 8GB
POWER:全漢400W
HDD:INTEL 330 120GB
VGA:GTX460
