成龍豪宅是吸毒現場　房祖名刑責恐較重

柯震東(23歲)與巨星成龍之子、房祖名(31歲)吸毒上周四在中國北京被捕，柯將被拘留14天，房因在父親豪宅NAGA開毒趴且搜出100多克大麻，涉犯「容留他人吸毒罪」，估計將判3年或4年徒刑。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，據《中華人民共和國治安管理處罰法》規定，柯震東吸毒可處10日以上15日以下拘留，並處2000元人民幣（約9750元台幣）以下罰款。房祖名觸犯《中華人民共和國刑法》，容留他人吸毒最高可處3年徒刑，持有毒品最高可處無期徒刑。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，柯震東遭行政拘留14天屬犯行輕微，但房祖名是刑事犯罪，經刑事拘留後起訴由由司法審判。知情人士透露，吸毒現場在成龍的北京住所，是東直門內大街9號的NAGA上院。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
