工會鑽漏洞 積欠6億健保費

二代健保上路後，健保署透過國稅局的財稅資料分析，發現近兩年約有將近1萬名職業工會會員透過「高薪低報」的取巧方式逃避保費，逃漏總金額高達6億元。其中100年的3.7億元已經追回，101年的2.5億還沒討回來。

健保署承保組長葉逢明表示，大部分是以佣金為主要收入的職業，有的年收入上百萬，平均月收入已超過最高投保薪資18萬2千元，應繳近6千元保費，卻以2萬2800元投保，只繳了5、600元。這類投保人的保費6成自己負擔，4成是勞動部負擔，因此勞動部也要還健保署大約1億元保費。（記者邱宜君）
