■Janet（右圖）昨擔任產品健康大使，她擁有健康身材讓人羨，她說平時到處跑，不忌口，日前去菲律賓旅遊，同行夥伴吃到不乾淨食物上吐下瀉，只有她沒事，不是她有鐵胃，而是腸裡有很多好菌。雖然喜歡吃牛排或牛肉麵等重口味食物，但吃牛排時搭配沙拉，吃完牛肉麵會吃水果，盡量讓營養均衡，補充足夠的纖維質幫助腸道蠕動。
