暴力集團首腦 拜財神被坑騙

〔自由時報記者張瑞楨／台中報導〕暴力集團首腦楊士賢成立廟會「金源會」，自封「金虎大將軍」並祭拜財神，未料花50萬元買Ｋ他命卻被坑騙，吸食後差點中毒。

警方調查，30歲楊士賢，2011年起組織廟會「金源會」，他涉嫌用毒品控制13名手下，打砸檳榔攤與計程車行勒索金錢，出事卻只拿10萬元叫小弟頂罪。

中市刑大本月19日與20日，陸續逮捕楊嫌等14人，在楊嫌車內查扣安非他命一公斤，另有棍棒、鐮刀與現金20萬元。

他坦承率領小弟為惡，但否認拿毒品餵養小弟；警方還發現，楊嫌花50萬元買3公斤Ｋ他命卻被坑騙，買到不明化學粉末，吸食後差點中毒，只好又花23萬元，向有口碑的毒販買一公斤Ｋ他命，全案依毒品危害防制條例、組織犯罪防制條例等罪嫌法辦，楊嫌並列為治平對象。
