中市黃姓男子今天凌晨到一家小吃店吃飯，認出老闆女兒疑曾欺負他兒子，與老闆發生爭執，憤持西瓜刀返回砍傷人，遭警方移送。

台中市豐原分局頂街派出所今天凌晨接獲報案，指稱豐原區發生持刀砍人鬧事事件。警方到場發現，一家小吃店的蔡姓老闆與40歲黃姓男子發生口角糾紛，黃男遭友人強行拉開帶走。

黃男心有不甘，喝酒壯膽後持西瓜刀，再返回小吃店，找蔡姓老闆理論，爭執的過程中，還砍傷勸架陳姓客人的背部，並打老闆娘一巴掌，所幸均無大礙。

黃妻得知趕至現場，強行將黃男手中的西爪刀奪下，丟在小吃部內烤肉架下方，即開車自行離去。員警到場制伏黃男，遍尋不著作案西爪刀，通知黃妻到現場協助，黃妻則推說不知情，經警在現場仔細搜尋，才找到凶器。

警方調查，黃男供稱，他在小吃店看到老闆的女兒，認出她疑是當年欺負他就讀國中的兒子，才與老闆理論發生口角。訊後，警方將黃男依殺人未遂、傷害、毀損等罪移送偵辦。(中央社)
