（中央社基輔／聯合國22日綜合外電報導）烏克蘭親俄叛軍宣稱，俄羅斯龐大賑濟車隊的第一批卡車在未經烏國當局准許即穿越邊界後，今天已駛抵烏東叛軍據點盧甘斯克。

叛軍經營的新聞社負責人柯尼里克（KonstantinKnyrik）告訴俄羅斯國際傳真社：「真的，第一批卡車已抵達盧甘斯克（Lugansk）。」

這個說法無法立即獲得證實，因為盧甘斯克在遭包圍下，電話通訊已中斷數週。

不過美聯社記者表示，已看到這些卡車駛抵遭到戰火蹂躪的盧甘斯克。

由於俄羅斯賑濟車隊已駛抵烏克蘭東部，聯合國安全理事會今天將舉行緊急磋商。

立陶宛要求在下午3時召開這項會議，以商討被烏克蘭稱為「入侵」的數十輛俄國卡車駛入烏境1事。(中央社)
