迪爵換引擎

請問各位大大:

我的機車應該算是老迪爵了吧.....
1997年7月出廠,三陽A125
騎到現在12萬公里了,不過是買來時是二手的,可能更多吧

因為發不起來,牽到車行去
雖然牽去車行後,老闆發得動,不過整個過程太麻煩,老闆說:要等轉速高一點,才能催油,這樣就發動了
發動後油門摧著約一分鐘,一放油門就立刻熄火,就算可以發動,也太麻煩了
老闆說:要換引擎才能改善,報價是4000~5000,然後再看看其他有沒有需要換的

在知識+爬文,說要換引擎的話,要辦手續才行
不過老闆沒跟我拿證件,也沒跟我說,這手續是要怎麼辦阿?

還有通常換引擎是換哪些零件?活塞之類的零件或是總成有包含在裡面嗎?
有哪些地方要特別注意

有大大的可以給建議嗎?
