二審下月判 李宗瑞已瘦十公斤

（中央社記者劉世怡台北23日電）富少李宗瑞被控性侵偷拍多名女子案，一審依數罪各判他18年6月及3年10月，經上訴，台灣高等法院日前辯結，訂於9月2日宣判。律師說，李宗瑞遭押已逾2年，至今已瘦了10公斤。

李宗瑞被控自民國98年起，到台北市夜店把妹後，對34名女子下藥性侵，再用攝影機和手機拍攝性愛過程，遭檢方依涉犯加重強制性交等罪起訴，痛斥他毫無悔意，具體求刑30年有期徒刑。

台北地院一審依9個乘機性交罪，判李宗瑞18年6月徒刑；15個妨害秘密罪部分判3年10月徒刑；恐嚇部分拘役40日，妨害秘密及恐嚇部分可易科罰金，另賠償12名被害人一共新台幣1425萬元。

全案上訴二審後，高院日前辯論終結，法官庭末諭知9月2日上午10時宣判。

李宗瑞委任律師文聞表示，對二審判決結果不臆測，李宗瑞遭押已逾2年，身心俱疲，至今已瘦了10公斤。1030823
