巴西監獄暴動 囚犯被殺警衛遭挾持

巴西當局表示，巴西南部一所監獄24日發生暴動，至少2名囚犯被砍頭，還有數人受傷，據傳還有警衛被挾持。
軍警品托(Ricardo Pinto)表示，位於卡斯卡維爾(Cascavel)省巴拉納市(Parana)的這所監獄發生暴亂，犯人捉了至少2名警衛和數名囚犯為人質。根據美聯社報導，有3名囚犯被殺。不過法新社則指出有2人死亡。
據指出，暴亂起因是由於犯人要求改善設施及過於擁擠問題，並要求提高飲食品質。
民防警察拉內拉(Miguel Llanela)則表示，這處收容了1,400名囚犯的懲戒中心，有80%的設施已遭囚犯占領，「情況很棘手，警方已控制了剩下的20%地區，一名談判人員已經到達，但很難獲知情況會持續多久。」他並未透露暴亂的囚犯有多少人。
