原PO目前正在餵母奶 之前看版上推文 有版友說美之選的膠原蛋白含鐵連懷孕期間也可以吃 本來有點擔心現在吃會不會有影響 不過上官網查了一下 它們家膠原蛋白含鐵有通過蠻多安全測試 看起來還滿有保障的 就下標了幾盒回來吃吃看 目前吃到第二個禮拜 最明顯的改變就是頭髮好像有變強韌 之前生完小孩變得好會掉毛@@ 這幾天洗澡就覺得頭髮掉的情況好一點 另外就是指甲長得速度也變快了 感覺效果還滿快就出來的 期待之後繼續吃下去 皮膚摸起來會越來越滑嫩 不知道大家吃美之選的膠原蛋白 都是多久會開始有感呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.225.48.150 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/BeautySalon/M.1408953763.A.46B.html
