張瑛鶯任兆豐銀董事

兆豐金控（2886）補派子公司兆豐銀行法人董事代表人，由兆豐銀副總經理張瑛鶯擔任。兆豐銀目前共有六位副總經理，除新任總經理魏美玉已經是兆豐銀董事外，其餘兩位較資深的女性副總呂丹虹與張瑛鶯，也都獲派擔任董事代表人。

兆豐銀的法人董事中，因為原任總經理徐光曦日前升任土地銀行（5857）董事長，因此其原本擔任兆豐銀董事的席位也出缺，所以兆豐金再補派張瑛鶯出任董事。
