高雄氣爆案檢方究責　榮化李謀偉列被告！2000萬交保

雄檢追查高雄氣報案，究責李長榮化工，26日分別前往李長榮化工台北總公司與高雄大社廠搜索，以證人身分傳喚榮化董事長李謀偉、副總邱媛媛到案說明，晚間以公共危險罪嫌，將李謀偉轉為被告，2000萬元交保。

雄檢為釐清管線維護、設置等問題，26日分別前往李長榮化工台北總公司與高雄大社廠搜索，並查扣相關丙烯操作管等資料，還傳喚榮化董事長李謀偉、副總邱媛媛到案說明。

但李謀偉因坐鎮在總公司的關係，原本預計下午2時30分的到案時間，李謀偉請假直到4時40分才到。容化事後發布訊息表示，調查過程中全力配合並提供一切必要資料，相關結果待檢調完成後，再行發布重訊說明，並強調，公司業務及財務一切正常，不受影響。

檢方訊問李謀偉到晚間11時多，認為榮化有維護管線的責任，卻不斷卸責，還企圖推給中油，最後以公共危險罪嫌將他轉為被告，2000萬元交保。
