bosch 乾衣機的問題

昨天剛裝了 bosch 洗衣機(was24460uc) + 乾衣機(wtb86200tc)，洗衣機用起來沒啥問題，但乾衣機選棉質的行程，烘完後打開來覺得裡面濕氣蠻重的，衣服拿出來甩一甩給它涼一下後，覺得似乎是乾了又好像沒全乾，仔細檢查後發現比較厚的地方例如領口就還有一點濕氣。
請問這是正常的嗎? 是為了防縮水才這樣做的嗎? 有什麼方法可以安全的烘到乾呢? 謝謝。
