高雄氣爆 兩黨議員相互提告

高雄氣爆案造成300多人死傷，高市議會國民黨團指高市府陳菊團隊一再掩飾過失，黨團今天上午大陣仗前往高雄地檢署控告高雄市長陳菊及消防局長陳虹龍等人廢弛職務、官僚殺人。黨團由國民黨籍議長許崑源帶頭提告。

高市議會民進黨團也不甘示弱，由康裕成議員帶著黨團多位議員，幾乎是同一時間到高雄地檢署按鈴控告前市長吳敦義任內沒有做好工程監督，是造成氣爆主因，兩方大隊人馬大軍壓陣，為了防止意外，地檢署出動多名法警排成一列防止意外發生。
