萬達聯手百度騰訊成立新電商 29日宣布

美國科技博客BrightWire援引知情人士的消息指出，萬達將聯手百度和騰訊，成立一家電子商務公司，具體消息將於29日正式宣布。

新浪科技報導，三家公司將對新電商公司投資約人民幣50億元。其中，萬達持股70%，騰訊和百度各持股15%。但目前尚不清楚新公司的管理層和公司結構。
