國民黨發言人陳以信今日表示，截至今年7月止，國民黨已將216筆不動產，回贈原捐贈單位，回贈比例已高達98%。

陳以信表示，國民黨自民國89年6月即開始全面清點黨產，隔年9月便陸續將不動產中，當年因捐贈或轉帳撥用取得土地及建物部份，回贈原有政府機關。他指出，截至今年7月止，已將216筆不動產，回贈原捐贈單位，回贈比例已高達98%。

他說，最新一筆是本月甫經中常會通過，回贈新竹縣新埔鎮公所土地一筆。他強調，全數回贈是國民黨既定政策，至於目前所剩尚未回贈之三筆（在一塊基地上）宿舍房地，也將依法儘速處理。
