小弟目前在士林運動中心有開團時間是每週五的晚上8-10點

程度在中下到中間左右以流汗運動為主

8/28 目前開放徵零打一名喔如果有興趣零打的朋友可以報名

費用是200/人提供勝利牌比賽用羽球
