標題[詢問] 朋友被訊息騷擾卻無法封鎖 請問解法....

我有個朋友最近遇到一點麻煩.... 是這樣的，她最近一直被同一個不認識的陌生人丟訊息騷擾， 麻煩的是，對方似乎每次丟完訊息就把自己臉書帳號關閉， 同時反過來封鎖我朋友的帳號， 因此我朋友不但點不進對方頁面，也沒辦法在自己的設定區搜尋到對方加以封鎖。 她已經跟臉書回報過好幾次，但是都沒有獲得明確的答覆。 對方某些訊息已經對我朋友產生很大的生活困擾， 因此很希望能解決這個問題... 我朋友說現在唯一有的資訊是對方的UID，但頁面也都點不進去， 不知道像這種狀況，有沒有比較好的解法？ 我看她快崩潰了....麻煩有人知道可以怎麼處理的話幫一下忙 O_Q -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 144.82.173.96 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Facebook/M.1409252840.A.6B1.html ※ 編輯: immoi (144.82.173.96), 08/29/2014 03:08:06
