台商傳為中間人　代張顯耀洩密30件給中國

陸委會副主委張顯耀涉洩密案，檢調連日比對他經手公文且傳喚陸委會3名處長，今天凌晨2時許，張顯耀被請回，帶著笑意步出地檢署。

《蘋果》即時報導，檢察官昨兵分2路，赴張顯耀的大直住處進行搜索，另一路由調查局國家安全維護工作站前往張的助理陳宏義、秘書張素玲、司機李其政等3名證人共計6處地點執行搜索。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，檢調單位懷疑張顯耀透過秘書張素玲與立委時期的助理陳宏義，分別以傳真公文、口頭告知方式，將國家機密資料洩給台商，再由台商攜往中國交給國台辦官員。疑因張素玲用陸委會傳真機傳真機密公文給該台商，洩密事件曝了光。

據悉，已傳輸30件文件給中國，雙方沒有實對價關係，但疑有「無形利益」；該名台商是直接與中國國台辦官員接頭，目前人在國外，沒有到案。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
