大陸國防部召開例行記者會。記者會上，有記者提問『解放軍是否將裁軍』，國防部新聞發言人楊宇軍表示，國防和軍隊改革是系統工程，當前涉及國防和軍隊改革方案的許多言論均屬猜測，希望外界不要作過度解讀。

根據華商報報導，昨(28)日，有記者問道：『有媒體稱解放軍將繼續裁軍，說計劃裁軍的數額多達80萬，以推進國防和軍隊現代化，請問國防部可否證實該報導？』

對此，楊宇軍說，其實該問題談論的是國防和軍隊的改革。國防和軍隊改革是系統工程，需要加強統籌謀劃，積極穩妥推進。目前，軍隊有關部門正在研究論證國防和軍隊改革的重大問題。需要說明的是，當前涉及國防和軍隊改革方案的許多言論均屬猜測，希望外界不要作過度解讀。
