做生意，總是要知道未來會上門的客人是那些族群？他們都是從哪裡來？是如何知道你的店？要如何符合他們想要的？要怎樣吸引他們願意來？

所以要事前分析，清楚了解店的走向，才能成功。

小吃的競爭對手，主要是要從周邊環境了解，有哪些同性質的？又有哪些不一樣的？不一樣的地方是那些？價格有何差異？如果你的比較貴，貴的價值所在。
