請問賣不出去加價賣是甚麼原理呢??

這是01酸民自己創造的原理，拿來酸仲介、酸投資客用的...

假設有一間房子要賣，賣了1年沒賣掉，
(原因可能是屋主自我感覺良好，售價太高不自知。)
過了這一年，看著整體房市房價都在上漲，
電視說這一年房價漲了10%，
於是這個屋主也跟著把開價調高10%。

於是不知道的人，看到了網站上面他的房子賣了很久，開價又往上調，
就說他是賣不出去加價賣...

仲介怎麼可能鼓吹屋主加價賣，
屋主說要加價賣，最不爽的就是仲介，
原本的價格就賣不掉了，你還加價...
(加開價還可以，不要加底價)
