經濟部長杜紫軍昨晚證實，兩岸10日將舉行貨品貿易協議談判，地點則在「台北附近」，具體地點將待海基會及大陸海協會商定後，在協商前5天至1週宣布。

杜紫軍2日在北京出席亞太經濟合作會議（APEC）能源部長會議，並出席晚宴。他在晚宴後接受台媒訪問時，作上述表示。

杜紫軍並表示，貨貿協議談判延至10日舉行，完全是技術問題，並非受張顯耀事件影響。因為早在張案爆發前，大陸方面便指8月底在台灣舉行談判會來不及，但若改在大陸談判則趕得及。

他指出，由於貨貿談判同樣有一次台灣、一次對岸的慣例，經濟部認為仍在台灣舉行為宜。至於選在10日舉行確是在張案之後敲定，但原因則是大陸相關官員9月上旬已事先排定其它行程，也與張案無關。(中央社)
