遭開單「疑」紅燈左轉　警：有變造之嫌

桃園一民代接受民眾交通違規陳情後，把罰單影本在放上臉書，其中在違規事實欄位裡寫著「疑紅燈左轉」，讓人看不懂為什麼叫做「疑」，不少人留言罵警察素質太差，這樣也能開單。
 
警方得知後調出警員開單的複寫聯，上面並沒有加註「疑」這個字，開單警員也否認有這樣寫。那到底是誰寫的？警方表示，罰單在當事人簽收後屬當事人所有，當事人要撕掉、燒掉不會有人管，但變造後放上網公開則有公然侮辱之嫌，民眾不要因為一時衝動而觸法。民代發現罰單可能有變造過已經將照片從臉書上撤下。（吳詠平／桃園報導）
