對付IS 歐巴馬籲統一陣線

（法新社布魯塞爾3日電） 伊斯蘭國（IS）好戰分子斬首第2名美國記者後，英法也考慮採取軍事行動，美國總統歐巴馬今天呼籲國際統一陣線對付伊斯蘭國。

歐巴馬說：「我們知道，如果國際社會加入行動，我們能繼續減少伊拉克與黎凡特伊斯蘭國（ISIL）的影響力、效能、金融活動、軍事能力。」ISIL為IS前稱。

歐巴馬在愛沙尼亞首都塔林（Tallinn）說：「問題是要確保我們下達正確戰略，也要確保我們獲得國際意願支持。」

英國也有公民面臨斬首威脅，不排除必要時參與空襲。

法國總統歐蘭德也升高軍事回應IS威脅的可能性。

法國總統府說，為對付IS，「國家元首強調遵循國際法並做出政治、人道甚至必要時軍事回應的重要性」。（譯者：中央社樂羽嘉）
