強冠賣餿水油 5月即因水汙被停工

不肖地下工廠將餿水油賣給知名強冠油品公司，高雄市環保局指出，強冠企業在102年10月、103年1月和4月，因為放流水超標被環保局查獲，半年內三度廢水超標，汙染鳳山溪，今年5月被依水汙法勒令停工，卻未依法停工。

高雄市環保局今天要再依水汙法移送強冠，事業無排放許可證或簡易排放許可文件，且其排放廢水所含之有害健康物質超過放流水標準者，處負責人三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科新臺幣二十萬元以上一百萬元以下罰金。
