（中央社記者劉建邦台北4日電）台北市消防局今天下午4時獲報，至善路3段附近有人受困溪中，派員趕赴現場搶救，所幸3名人員無立即危險。

消防局派出大批救災救護人員趕赴現場，到場時發現，在至善路3段195號附近，因溪水暴漲，有民眾受困溪中，到場時發現，有3人在對岸，無立即危險，已動員相關器具進行搶救。1030904
