標題[問題] 關於處理車禍現場的問題

各位大大好~ 在看新聞或是開車的時候多多少少都會看到有車禍 不論大小事故 通常車禍雙方覺得沒什麼大礙私下解決就算了 不過雙方有爭議的時候通常都是叫警察 當警察到現場瞭解完之後好像會給雙方簽一個類似好像是切結書的東西吧?? 這份東西好像就是事後以防兩方有改口或是要賴帳的證據 就是說如果某方事後對於車禍現場事實不同意的話幹嘛要簽那份類似"切結書"的東西 (講白話一點:啊你當初都覺得現場都符合事實才會簽"那份東西"，啊你是簽假的是不是啊 !!) 我想請問"那分東西" 類似切結書 是叫什麼名稱呢 還有能否補充更完整一點的流程呢 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.251.44.69 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1409848670.A.019.html ※ 編輯: a14712341000 (111.251.44.69), 09/05/2014 00:38:56
