三立8點華劇「幸福兌換券」前晚首集就拿下有線收視1.55、無線1.27的好成績，最高點1.92落在3年後袁艾菲手拿支票，要胡宇威兌現娶她承諾。

片頭曲搭上胡宇威的新歌，好評價讓他寬心不少，而他戲裡不苟言笑的個性，連自己都受不了，笑說：「機車的還在後面。」是元介劇中與趙杰在廁所比賽誰尿尿的「水柱」強，笑壞網友，更有人向他下戰帖，讓他大呼「我發掘我的第二專長了」。
